We are seeking a seasoned Real Estate Financial Due Diligence Manager to join our growing Real Estate Valuation & Advisory Services team. You will play a pivotal role in leading complex investment advisory engagements for our clients, ensuring they make informed investment decisions in the real estate market.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client engagements for real estate financial due diligence projects.
  • Develop and implement customized due diligence strategies tailored to each client's specific needs and investment objectives.
  • Lead a team of financial analysts in conducting in-depth analysis of financial statements, lease abstractions, and market data for client properties.
  • Build and maintain complex financial models to assess property performance, investment viability, and potential returns for clients.
  • Prepare comprehensive due diligence reports, memoranda, and presentations for clients and their stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with real estate investments for clients.
  • Conduct market research and stay current on real estate trends, valuation methodologies, and economic factors impacting the industry.
  • Manage relationships with clients, understand their investment goals, and effectively communicate complex financial information.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the team.
  • Assist with valuation audit reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related field, with a Masters or an MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in real estate financial analysis and due diligence, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within a consulting firm.
  • CFA, CPA, CCIM, or other related designation (a plus).
  • Proven track record of successfully leading due diligence engagements for complex real estate transactions across various asset classes.
  • Strong financial modeling expertise (Excel and Argus required).
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial real estate valuation methods.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced consulting environment is a plus.

Compensation Range: $91,200 - $172,700
