Facilities Preventive Maintenance at Auburn University is excited to begin the search for a HVACR Tech who will perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance to a variety of building heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVACR) equipment! *Preventative Maintenance is seeking to fill this position for 2nd shift (3:30pm - 12:00am). Minimum Qualifications |
Level I- High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 years of experience as an HVACR technician Level II- Some college; vocational or Associate's Degree in Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning Systems, Refrigeration, Building Control Systems or related fields plus 5 years of experience as an HVACR technician Substitutions allowed for Education: When a candidate has the required experience, but lacks the required education, they may normally apply additional relevant experience toward the education requirement, at a rate of 2 years relevant experience per year of required education. (Level II) Licenses & Certifications: To be considered for Level II, finalist candidates will be required to produce documentation that verifies training and/or certification hours. |
