Job Summary | The Intellectual Property Exchange team seeks candidates for a temporary position that will be responsible for administrative responsibilities that support the work of the department in administering the transfer of technology. This will include clerical duties such as:
answer multi-line phone, manage files, and other data relevant to technology transfer activities into the technology transfer database. Verifies the completeness and accuracy of information entered and corrects/modifies the database records as needed, and other duties as assigned. Temporary Employment Services (TES), a unit of the Auburn University Department of Human Resources, is an in-house support center established to meet the temporary employment needs of the university. TES provides qualified and dedicated temporary employees in a wide variety of occupations to meet the staffing needs throughout the campus.
