Job Summary
The National Center for Additive Manufacturing Excellence (NCAME) is looking for an Undergraduate lab assistant who will assist in research related to mechanical testing of various AM and wrought materials. Must be a US Citizen.
Essential Functions
This individual will assist in the lab with research related to mechanical testing, extracting data, processing data, conducting analyses, and assisting in writing technical reports.

Additionally, student employees help staff set up and maintain laboratory equipment and perform logistical operations, including specimen and data management within NCAME and in coordination with outside suppliers.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled as an Auburn University undergraduate student.
  • A background in mechanical engineering
  • US Citizen
Preferred Qualifications
Pay Rate $10.00 - $15.00/hour
Work Hours 20
