Job Summary
The Student Inventory Clerk will provide assistance in the parts room of the Aircraft Maintenance department. This includes maintaining inventory and associated paperwork as well as issuing inventory as requested.

Essential Functions
  • Retrieve parts from inventory to issue for Work Orders as requested by Maintenance Personnel.
  • Build Inventory Kits for use on time-limited inspections.
  • Receive inventory into stock from Purchase Orders.
  • Maintain appropriate traceability documentation on all parts in inventory, including life-limited part core marking as required by Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs).

Minimum Qualifications
Currently an  enrolled student at Auburn University.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with inventory
  • Experience working in an aviation setting
Pay Rate $12.00-$15.00/hour
Work Hours 20 hours (including Sat and semester breaks)
